CamHive respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the CamHive website if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.
2. Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that copyrighted work is being infringed through the CamHive platform, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notice If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
